Case Study:
Rethink Partners
Rethink Partners required comprehensive, senior-level digital marketing and communications support to strengthen its profile across social innovation, health, care and systems change. Working across complex programmes, public sector partnerships and policy-led environments, the organisation needed a joined-up approach that combined strategic clarity with consistent delivery.
The focus was on building authority, supporting thought leadership and ensuring communications worked cohesively across channels, clients and programmes.
What we did for Rethink Partners:
We worked as an extension of the Rethink Partners team, taking responsibility for the full communications and digital marketing function. This began with developing a clear communications plan that identified priority themes, audiences and channels, providing a framework that balanced proactive thought leadership with responsive, issue-led communications.
We managed LinkedIn strategy and day-to-day comms, ensuring a consistent and credible presence aligned with sector conversations and current events. Alongside this, we maintained and updated the website to ensure content reflected evolving programmes, partnerships and priorities.
Our work included supporting award entries, identifying and securing speaking opportunities, and planning and delivering webinars. We produced a wide range of design and communications collateral, including presentations, campaign assets and reports. We also liaised directly with Rethink Partners’ clients, ensuring messaging was aligned across joint programmes and partnership activity.
Throughout the work, we operated with transparency and collaboration, allowing strategy, messaging and delivery to evolve together as the organisation grew.
In conclusion
An integrated digital marketing and communications approach has strengthened Rethink Partners’ credibility, reach and influence. Clear strategy, consistent execution and strong storytelling now support sustained visibility and impact across complex policy and innovation landscapes.
