Care City undertook a strategic rebrand to better reflect its evolving role within the health and care innovation landscape. The project focused on clarifying the brand story, strengthening visual identity and creating practical assets to support internal and external communications.
What we did for Care City:
Using a staged approach, we began with research, stakeholder mapping and brand discovery before moving into brand refinement. We worked closely with the Care City team through workshops and regular check-ins to ensure the new identity reflected both ambition and operational reality.
We developed comprehensive brand guidelines alongside a suite of assets, including presentation templates, reports and an asset library. Design decisions were made collaboratively and transparently, ensuring the brand could be confidently applied by internal teams and partners.
In conclusion
The refreshed Care City brand provides clarity, consistency and flexibility. Strategic design has given the organisation a stronger foundation for communication, partnership working and future growth.
