Connected Homecare Barking & Dagenham required a strong, credible visual identity to support a nationally significant programme exploring the use of technology in homecare. The project needed to communicate complex findings clearly while working across multiple partners and audiences.
What we did for Connected Homecare:
We developed branding that could flex across digital and offline outputs, working collaboratively with partners to create clear visual guidelines. This included branding documents, infographics and design assets that supported the communication of evaluation findings, provider insights and implementation guidance.
Design was developed alongside the website to ensure consistency between content, structure and visual language. Particular care was taken to present complex data and insights in an accessible, engaging way. Throughout the project, we worked transparently across organisations, ensuring alignment and shared ownership of the outputs.
In conclusion
The Connected Homecare brand and design system supports clarity, trust and accessibility across a wide range of audiences. Strong design has played a key role in translating large-scale evaluation and partnership work into practical, usable resources that support real-world change.
