Karen’s website for her yoga business, The Calm Space, was created on Wix and although it looked attractive and reflected what she did, a free website revealed that it wasn’t performing particularly well in Google and needed a bit of a revamp.
Blue Cactus Digital took on the challenge and created a new website in WordPress, integrating Mailchimp and linking to her third-party booking platform.
“My problem was that I wasn’t confident that my self-built website was doing my business justice,” Karen said.
“I chose Blue Cactus Digital because a friend recommended Clare and because I was very impressed by the free website SEO review.
She explained that what stood out most was our friendly approach, prompt responses to her questions and reasonable and transparent pricing.
“My new website has given me much more confidence promoting my business and its much easier to direct clients to the right information more quickly,” she said.
Karen has now attended many of our Marketing Mastery Meetups to extend her learning and find out how to further her business using social media marketing and email marketing. She’s also working her way through the Ideal Client Course to better identify how her clients book her courses and produce tailored content for them.
