CASE STUDY:
DHACT
DHACT is a digital health and care technology programme delivered with the Royal Borough of Greenwich, aimed at raising awareness and adoption of digital tools across the local care system. The challenge was to communicate the benefits of digital care clearly and sensitively to a wide range of audiences, from commissioners and providers to frontline staff and residents.
WHAT WE DID FOR DHACT:
We provided engagement and marketing support for the DHACT programme, helping to explain technology-enabled care in a way that was clear, reassuring and relevant to each audience. This included shaping key messages and content that connected the benefits of digital tools to real outcomes for people receiving care.
We supported communications across the programme to drive awareness and adoption, making sure the language stayed accessible and human rather than technical. The focus throughout was on building understanding and confidence in digital care across the local system.
IN CONCLUSION
Clear, sensitive communications have helped the DHACT programme raise awareness of digital care and support adoption across the Royal Borough of Greenwich, connecting the benefits of technology to the people it is designed to help.
